Thank you for shopping with Sophrosyne Gifts & Memorabilia! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time Since all of our products are custom-made to order, please allow [2 to 4] business days for your item to be crafted before it is shipped. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We ship via [Canada Post / UPS / FedEx] or the most suitable carrier for your region.
3. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

4. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@sophrosynedesigns.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
