Welcome to Sophrosyne Gifts & Memorabilia ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or placing an order through our store at sophrosynedesigns.ca, you agree to the following terms.

1. General By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province or territory and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders All of our products are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that all personalization details (names, dates, designs, etc.) provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, is defective, or an error was made on our part during crafting. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

4. Payment We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment must be received in full before your order is crafted.

5. Shipping & Delivery We ship within Canada and internationally where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Sophrosyne Gifts & Memorabilia and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
